Good morning, I have this 1961 quarter for long time, and I really would like to know if this is the rare type B. Thank you so much

I thought the Type B reverse was supposed to be a coin struck from Proof dies.

Your coin is worn to the F/VF range, so how can we determine its provenance? Are there significant die markers to use?

The easiest marker for me has been the distance between ES of STATES is wider on the proof dies.
