Yes they were customer wrapped and I was litteraly jumping out of my chair.

did you get any other finds from those customer wrapped rolls? or was it just those 8 in one roll?

I got a 64 Rosie in change yesterday. That is my second silver dime in change this year!

Other than those 8 silvers, I found about 20 1965's. Funny huh?

Eww, I hate 1965. Lol. A lot of times edge searching, those ones look like silver.

So have I (I messed up on that last post I found a 1944 with a clean edge detected at first glance), but I also would have missed 5 of them to date if all I did was search the edges. 2 were even in clear Brinks rolls. you can do what you want, there is no need to get excited over it, like I said hobbies are meant to be done your way since it is your hobby. I figured I would just share my experience and the joy I had when I found something in a roll I thought had nothing. It only takes about a minute to flip through each coin in a roll. Also...great find on the 8 in one roll, especially the mercs The most silver I found in one roll was 3 dimes all roosevelts Bank tomorrow to pick up. Here's hoping Edited by googoo

I've noticed that those 1965ers can look like the silver ones too. I wonder if the clad process was new and not worked out fully.

thanks googoo. after I edge search I try to go through all the coins one by one but I get too bored because dimes are kind of boring. I'm a nickel and cent fan. but who knows how much I've missed, you know. you may be right.

Great find Yankee! I thought I had 2 silvers in the last box..... nada. 2 99's Canada and Bermuda. Both from the same year but the queen looks older on the Bermuda coin. Odd.

box 19 is another skunkaroo.
last 8 boxes yielded me only 5 total silvers. it's been harsh lately.

In my box las night I found:
3silver dimes(62,63,64)
2 canadian dimes- I hate finding canadian, at first impression I always think they are silver, then I look closer and I can tell it is just another canadian...

I just got a couple rolls of dimes today and I got nothing worth mentioning. I thought I was just going to quit dimes... but now I'm going to try again tomorrow.

same here yankee. getting about 2-3 per box on average. now it seems more like 1 every other box.
