so at the bank today I asked for halves. The lady told me the only person with them was out to lunch. I went out to the car disappointed and as I got in my car and started it up I saw the lady walking into the bank. I went back in and I got up to the counter as she opened her shift back up. She pulled out an old looking envelope and poured out a mixture of halves and large dollar coins...she said she would sort them out. I said no I'll take the whole lot. It was 31.50 dollars. 13 IKES the rest halves. I scored a 67, 68D and 69D in the halves but need to know more of what to look for in the ikes. I have a year and MM folder but was wondering what else would be special. I am holding onto all of them anyways but was curious. Thanks for the help, and glad I went back into the bank

I like looking for the friendly eagles - but that's the limit of my knowledge on Ike varieties.

Nice haul you got there. Here is a link that will help you out on them there Ike's you got. Look for the three types on the 72's, friendly eagles on the 71's and two types on the bicentennials.
