A few years ago I was at a Art Exhibit where different artist brought their sculptures and paintings. One artist had a chair the seemed to be welded Kennedy half dollars to a metal structure. I thought you guys would enjoy some pictures of it. I searched online and found some pictures of it. Since it was made a few years ago I remember seeing no Walkers, Bens or 90% Kennedys but there may have been a few 40% but I cannot recall.

If any were silver, they would stick out pretty bad. You'd see'em. Even 40 percenters...Very cool. Thanks for the pix.

I just spit Pepsi everywhere!

Now that you mention it, I do see wear on the "cheeks"!

Would that be considered a variety, or would that be an error?

I know a local lawyer (three guesses of what his last name is) who likes the 1964 Kennedy halves. I seem to recall him telling me a while back he wanted a bunch of them to put on a car for advertising purposes. I liked the idea but do not want to think of what doing that would do to the numismatic value of the coins.... Sincerely, John Leckrone

Whomever built this certainly put a lot of work into it. This was no "half-ass" attempt
