It can't be a clash as devices that low could not be affected during a clash. The areas that are the highest raised prevented what ever event from affecting the lowest devices. It's polished just like the material around it (look at how rounded it is under the chin). No displaced metal. Pulled from a pure bank box (I know that doesn't mean not PMD). Opinions? David Edit here ... I see the same apparent doubling in the date and mm in Photo #1. Perhaps just MD ... could use a better photos of those areas.
