I believe the coin might be FB, but not sure on the grade based on the pics.

Seeing blotch spots, I think is MS-64 but lacking FB, unless is the photo.

I think they gave it a MS-65. Nice coin!

Full bands for me gets it to about the MS-65 grade. UNLESS those marks on the obverse are on the face.

I would say ms-65, and looks like fb designation to me.

1942-D is a well-struck date generally, so they're not going to give as much slack on the FB designation that they might give to a tougher date like 1945.

I'll say MS-64, But hoping you get MS-65. Difficult to judge to see if FB from the pic.

This is where the graders gets tire of looking at similar coins from batches of common dates Mercury dimes in similar grades, unless its proof like shine or the strike is ultra sharp and spotless, the brain starts to repeat its counting pattern.
