Agree, great deal for $60. Yes 1904 looks like rim damage, but not really that bad and for the price of all them, not a huge detractor.

1891 looks EF. 1897 looks AU, maybe better. 1898 looks AU. The 1904 EF or better, hard to tell. Just my four cents worth.

I buy a lot of IHCs at shows. I don't think I could touch this group for under $95.
The 1897-98 are particularly nice, and looks MS60+. The 1891 may be cleaned. Still, hope you got'em!

Good deal, if he has more, buy them all. These cannot be obtained for less than $20.00 each.

Very nice looking lot of Indian heads. I see 4 diamonds on all of them. Great color and beautiful. Not really in Indian guy myself but good deal on those.

Taking another look at the 1898, I'd like to raise a small flag.
Something is a bit unnatural looking about the fields--they are almost too smooth and free of marks.
Perhaps the coin really looks that way, or the image is doctored to look better. I hope not.

Update: I have circled the areas that look unnaturally smooth and free of marks normally seen on AU-low MS coins:

Ahh, DV the Indian Head detective nothing passes his eye that he will not find.

Dv, do you think this coin may be counterfeit?

I will know for sure in a few days...the coins are on their way to me....

Let's say that coin is genuinely free of marks......does that make it a high MS coin? I agree that it looks mark free, but I'm pretty sure the photos are undoctored and that the coin is legit.

I will update everyone once they arrive!

Shafta, I think the coin is real; I just suspect its appearance is "helped" digitially.
I've worked in photoshop long enough to tell when pixels have been manipulated--they appear "smeared."
Still--I hope I'm proven wrong! Let's re-grade your coins when they arrive.
