I will go with MS-63+. There looks like there may be scuffs on the face and the fields that may prevent it from grading higher than 64. The luster is very nice but I don't think it will give much of a boost since it is often found on this date.

MS-66 looks everybit as good as the 66 I posted last month, maybe even nicer.

I disagree with everyone above.

I'll say it should be officially graded as "OH MAN THATS NICE!"

Thanks, I was thinking MS-64/65 as well, which seemed to be a common guess.

Yes, it looks like it would be a strong 64 at least. Likely a 65.

Pictures are kind of small, but the cheek sure looks clean, that is the deciding area for marks, I can't see this coin going any lower than MS64 and could be as high as 66 like I thought first off, seeing it. There seems to be a small nick on the neck I didn't catch before, that might drop it a grade, but still 64/65 is a good guess I think. It also seems to have some great luster and no major hits in the fields either a plus on a Morgan.
