I like the design. If it was Australian I might consider getting it, but for some reason coins (or stamps) that are produced for some small country don't seem like "real" coins (or stamps) to me.

It isn't Australian - it is Tuvalu - an island county halfway between Hawaii and Australia. Population 10,472.

They should market it like the RCM - Only 1 of every 2 Tuvaluvans can own this coin! (Mintage 5,000)

I must admit, Perth Mint put some effort in promoting this coin, nice video, pictures - love the magnifying glass feature! Though, like the RCM we are probably zooming on an artistic rendering. I saw no dither on the ship....

Many thanks to all of you for your terrific replies...just went to mint.ca to order them...looks like they won't ship until April on some...coincidentally, just now saw Titanic release promo from RMC on CP24 TV news segment!
