Then a Die on LSD must be a waffle coin (Yeah I know the waffle isn't from the die itself, but it sure is groovy).

I love die cracks on coins, a lot of times they mean extra money for me if I resell to the right person! My favorite two series have a lot of them, the 2¢ pieces and Morgan dollars, the 2¢ because the dies were used until they literally broke apart and the Morgans due to the number of coins they needed to produce, again using the dies beyond their life expectancy.

It's an experiment by me to see if better pics of the same coin bought on ebay can bring a better price. So far no bids.

These are your 'skanky' coins? When you are finished playing with the microscope, you could donate them to our eCrater store. I promise I will care for them in the meantime...

Hi Flip....I find these coins for a few bucks with the idea of maybe selling them somewhere down the road. My 1901 has gotten a few bids on ebay.

My hubby Smokeriderdon tried to get it but it wouldn't update for him. He would've paid $20 for it.

I hate when that happens to me. Especially if it's one I REALLY want.

.......or you go to bid with a few seconds left and ebay makes you sign in.

The guy that won the coin still hasn't paid. This was my first time selling so I don't know if that's normal or not. I always pay as soon as I win an auction but maybe some people wait longer.
