I could see this getting into an AU-55 slab its really nice with plenty of lustre.

Best grade you'll get from ICCS is au50.
They may drop it down to an EF due to the hairlines.

That date is notorious for weak strikes. Your coin, while has some elements of a weak strike, is pretty darn nice. Without the coin in hand, I would say easily AU for grade.

This coin is so close to MS it hurts. AU-59.9 in my opinion but wouldn't be surprised if it went AU-58.
