None are rare. The 82 SD Zinc is the best of the bunch in MS 65.

An 82-D small date copper would be rare because they didn't make any for circulation...that's another one you can weigh.

To my knowledge there are no KNOWN examples of 1981 cents struck on zinc planchets. That doesn't mean there isn't one, that just means nobody has ever found one and reported it.

The real answer is that it is very highly unlikely that they exist. Reason being, the mint didn't receive delivery on the zinc planchets until after mid-year in 1982. It would have been rather impossible for them to have struck a coin on a planchet they didn't have in 1981.

Of the ~$25FV of 1982s that I've sorted/recorded, the varieties occured at these approximate values (taking into consideration that I'm in the Midwest re: P/D distribution):

82-d cu LD - 52.56%
82-p cu LD - 23.91%
82-p zn LD - 10.06%
82-d zn SD - 8.18%
82-d zn LD - 2.43%
82-p cu SD - 1.53%
82-p zn SD - 1.33%

None have been found that we know of.Since 1983 coppers have been found, there is always the possibility.

Had to show off "Someone's 83":)
Hope that they do not mind. I know I wouldn't.
And by the way, no harm in looking for the 1982-D copper small date.
At one time this coin pictured never existed either.
