Unbelievable
I have been watching the threads concerning the RCM and in my opinion they have litle or no regard for the average collector and only look after the dealers.
Slow or NO delivery, Disgusting business attitude .

@CC-Ottawa: I got very similar two emails.

There's something weird happening with these first day of MC release orders. Perhaps some kind of reminder flags popped up saying these orders are still pending....

I'm having odd things happening as well.

My Fab15 sunset kangaroo coin shipped a week or so ago, yet the mint's website says that the order is processing.

I still can't find my farewell to the penny order online even though I have received them a couple of weeks ago.

You would think that an extremely profitable crown corp. could afford a few techs to fix and maintain a website. just saying....

And not keep charging us tax on pure silver and gold. Still have not called them yet. I did cancel some orders but none of the above. I don't understand why they would cancel the group of seven subscription. This makes no sense.

Ditto.

I guess misery loves company but I really hope they are working towards fixing these issues.

Does a subscription hold the coins as in a reservation? How does that work, and shouldn't they have your coins but they oversold them to dealers taking the bulk?

I don't think their system works very well at all.

Last Thursday I sent an email to their customer service saying I received an order update saying my Polar Bear $20 for $20 had shipped but nothing on the status of the Farewell to the Penny in my subscription order. I never got a response back.

I did receive the $20 for $20 Queen Jubilee but would have thought that I would have the latest one by now since everyone seems to be getting theirs.

I called yesterday and spoke to a RCM rep that said I should still receive the Farewell to the Penny order sometime. (Did not say when!) Shortly after I got off the phone I received two more identical "Order Shipment Update" emails that my Polar Bear coins had shipped!!

After posting this I received a 4th identical "Order Shipment Update" email!

I hope it was a mistake and they will reverse it. I'd be hopping mad.

If some items have been cancelled from your order and you did not request a cancellation, it may be that the items are sold out.

Well, I guess I won't get mine either. Glow in the dark, bumble bee, and what else, ... I lost count.

But you know what, with this latest round of boring coins, the RCM police, forced cancellations, the frost, etc... gives me what I needed to curb my addiction to coins. I am spending way too much and I don't have the time to really enjoy the hobby anymore.

The Titanic set was my last purchase.

Well I talked to the Mint CS person and I hate taking out my aggravation on them, it's not their fault, but I have no one else at the Mint who wants to talk to me.

Apparently they have an incompetent computer system. Only one coin on that order was canceled. The others will ship some time in the unknown future. All guaranteed shipping dates are just estimates and have no notion of reality.

The painted coins are now delayed until October. She didn't say what year but I assumed some time before 2014. It will really suck getting 2012 coins next year. She blames all the problems on constantly breaking dies. Another CS said they had a paint problem. I have had so much smoke blown up my but that it's now officially Montreal Smoked Meat.

Oh, on a side note I did get my shipping to send the box back refunded and was assured that my Group of Seven Tax mistake will be refunded soon. Apparently its very complicated. It always is.

Is the coin that was cancelled on your order one you cancelled or they cancelled? If they cancelled it, which coin was it?

Makes me wonder how reliable their Mint Chip is going to be.

I've been experiencing the opposite. I've been receiving orders - like one a day - for the past week or more, for things that were ordered as far back as February. As my budget is supposed to be 'monthly', getting all these orders all at once really put a very large dent into my credit card.

I had the same thing happen. I have two F15 subscriptions. They sent 3 coins at the same time, 6 coins total. I took a hit for $600 all at once. That's not fun. Then add all the other coins I was not expecting and BANG, $1000.

I canceled the Grosbeak. They already sent an email to confirm I canceled it and now I get this strange email. I don't think they know what they are doing there. The biggest problem to is that if you don't call to cancel they might not actually cancel your order. I was told orders canceled online get printed out and processed by hand. To much room for human error there. Many people with online cancellations to their orders have still received their coins. Terrible system.
