Let me add my congratulations! That's a fantastic series. I'm just old enough to remember the Indians in circulation as a little kid. They always remind me of a "better time." Love that design.

So...show us some pics and tell us what's the next goal?

Toast ask "How many coins are there in a complete year/mint set of Indian Head cents?"

Sorry toast that it has taken this long to answer, but just go around to reading some of these posts.
If you arent collectiong the odd balls and 'error' type' of coins, it should be exactly 52 cents. Each of the years from 1859 to 1909 gave us 50 of these coins and in 08 and 09 they were minted at two mints. So a complete set would be 52 individual coins.

Congrads from here also. I have 3 completed sets of the Indian Head cents but actually still missing the weirdos. I think it's the 69 over 9 or over 8. My Whitman albums say 9/8 but the Whitman Red Book says 9/9. These Albums also contain the Flying Eagle cents which I am also missing the 56 in all 3 sets naturally. Great set you now have. Now start over on a second one.

Wow, you've come a long ways with all of those! A few of those shouldn't be to hard to complete. Be sure to tell us when you complete them!
