Looks like a VF/XF piece. My gut feeling is ANACS said EF40 but it could easily be VF35 too.

Nice Coin

It looks like the two Cs that make up the mint mark were done using different punches. The Cs are not the same. Is this normal?

The C on viewer's right is more closed. But, other than that identical.
