Buyer Beware. If the buyer has no time to read the TITLE then we can't be going around mothering them.

i know read the fine print , thats fine but I think its a different matter when the seller is trying to trick you into thinking something else, at first glance I thought these auctions were for the full roll as well and I put it in my watch list and it was only at the last moment did I realize I was wrong but you have to admit it could trick a lot of people, and it has. and the seller knows this ,in my opinion that is a scammer.
it just has a wrong feel to it! and I think if he keeps it up he might get some bad feedback!

I just emailed him giving him an idea.Told him he could sell 25,000 pennies with that same photo nobody would know the difference if they do not check his previous sales. All the 2012 1 cents are the same without the wrapper.

Stop policing eBay

so who then will police ebay? ... ebay?

ebay is a community built on community policing.
left alone ebay would do absolutely nothing except collect their fees.

defending our hobby and calling BS when we see isn't "out of line", the auction(s) in question ARE.

The 3 negatives left for the one seller are from the same buyer, he paid $95 for 2 pennies thinking they were full rolls, and $100 for a bronze coin that can still be ordered from the RCM for $34.95 wow! hope he can get a refund....

And the other seller got 3 negatives today for the same reasons.

Yes buyers beware, but how many more people are going to be purposely deceived by these sellers? It should concern any ebay coin sellers, as these people make every coin dealer look bad.
Who wants to buy that silver maple leaf coin from him? Looks just like the ones from China....

This seller is now at 88% rating, yet people are still buying the single penny.....

The seller is taking them from a different roll# than before, must be legit if he had to crack open another roll...hahaha

Looks like the seller 'random_thoughts4eva' has been booted from ebay, I guess he must have maddened a lot of people with the misleading picture.

Maybe I should list some 2012 mint rolls as 'full roll from last 199 million' at least people would get a full roll for $50 hahaha

Did he get booted or just close this account and start a new one?

With over 400 mostly positive feedbacks (until the misleading auctions) I don't think he'd want to close that account.
