I'm not ready to come down firmly based upon smaller images like these, but 63 isn't beyond the pale.

Hard to tell from your picture but there appears to be too much "noise" on Liberty's face.
I think MS-62.

I'm in at MS62 not PL. A MS63 grade would not surprise me though, depending on how bad the long hit on Liberty's face is.

I would agree with the MS-62 grade. There are way too many bag marks on the high points of the coin. That is one thing I hate about Morgan dollars.

I think all the chatter on the obverse and a couple of distracting marks will add up to MS62. Looks like a decent strike for a '90-O though.
