@dirtydug From my old second edition Charlton, your looks to be a 1961 issue, catalog number CT3-2-18 and I guess it would grade fine.

ive only ever come across one radar note and its a heavily circulated 2005 $5 bill.

A radar note is a palindrome, it can be read the same way backward and forward (like the word radar). E.g. 1552551.

I have around 80 CT notes that are very old. Some can only be used at Toronto area locations. Does anyone know where/to who I can sell them?
