XF details. Scratches and rim damage kill it.

Yup didn't pay attention to the rim damage. I know very little about these coins, bought it on a whim from a LCS. Will return it tomorrow. for $6.00 I think I can do better.

I replaced it with a better version 1906 at the LCS. will post pictures later.

I agree with Paddy, it's a VF 30 as the hair curl and ribbon are not separated. This is a requirement for XF. Also, too many marks and spots for VF 35.
