DV--does Snow do attributions on raw coins. If so, how is the attribution certified if there is no slab.

Yes--he attributes your coin "raw", but who is better qualified than Rick Snow on IHCs?
Rick Snow also sells IHCs raw--without a TPGs help--imagine that.

What camera are you using, Waxemm? I'd be happy to work with you on getting the best out of it - we've a pretty active Photography forum here which I can't seem to keep my hands off of.

It's a 10mp camera that came with the AmScope stereoscope I have. It's got some features that allow you to change things.

A very interesting coin. Did Rick get any more specific as to what you are seeing? Looks like there is a base of a "4" repunched to me with the anomaly, but I'm not the expert. Still collectible IMO and an interesting conversation piece.
