Decent strike for a '90-O. I think it's MS63 and add it's a cool variety.

Here's a textbook MS62 according to PCGS:
I still think your coin is a 63.

IMO this one looks like a nice 63. Nice luster and not a bad strike. Definitely better than 62 judging from less marks and chatter on the 1900-O.

The hits on the cheek are quite bad, yes, but also the fields on the obverse are relatively baggy. I'm fairly confident it's a 62, or at best a 62+. Now you guys have me debating getting it graded since I'm seeing so many 63's. You guys are blowing this up to full size, right?

yeah it looks like a 62. The bag marks are just too deep in my opinion - both on Liberty's face and on the chest of the eagle. There is a very slight chance they may give it a 63, and that extra point could be due to the consistent rim toning, but I think that would be pushing the envelope of a 63. =
I think the "UNITED STATES of AMERICA" looks funky, maybe its the lighting, but it seems to be a little bit distracting.

Like I said, this appears to be a late die stage, especially on the reverse, so that funkiness you are seeing is just die decay.

MS-63 and a great strike for an "O" mint.
