On my everyday key ring, I have a Washington quarter in a bezel from my birth year. On my second key ring that I carry when going on trips, I have a Kennedy half dollar that I found with a hole already in it.

By the way, 1000 Rubles, the edifice depicted on your keychain is the US Treasury Building, at 1500 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington DC.

I have a replica of a 1933 St Gaudins, from APMEX with their logo on the back. It was a gimme when I pre-orded the 2014 AGE last year.

On mine is a 1962 British Penny that I saw in the junk foreign bin at the coin shop a couple weeks ago. It looked neat and I just had to have it.

Some of you guys have some cool coins on your key chains! If I find any holed coins in a junk bin at my LCS or coin show I can give them a new home!

I apologize, I meant what is the substance on the surface of the medal and is there any safe way to remove it?

Sweden 1992 1 Krona. Mostly because it was in a batch of world currency I bought and already had the hold drilled through it.

I got a tiny screwdriver and one of those metal things that connects to another metal thing to connect key chains. (Don't know the name.) Everything else on a keychain is bulky and I hate it. One reason besides the obvious bulging pockets is that if I use something on my chain I don't want to forget it somewhere because my keys are attached to it (example Swiss army knife).
