When she Karlyshannon first started selling on ebay she posted a picture of herself on her ebay feedback profile. The picture was of a young lady probably in her early thirtys in a black dress. I have also always thought Karlyshannon was a girl. Maybe Karly is this guy named Joe's girlfriend.

Pacific, when I look at the obverse of the 2 links you posted, it does not appear to me to be the same coin. I see a lot of inconsistencies in the various field and bag marks between the 2, and the reverses don't appear consistent either (one has a slight coppery-tone under the 3 maple leaves in the crest, while the other doesn't). The photos do look similar, but I just don't think it's the same coin in both listings.

Well, I don't see it LOL. I see some differences though. If only both listings used the same photos to truly compare, but I'll resign to the majority on this one.

Skip79.....all I can add is when looking at two different pictures (that let's assume is the same coin) the important thing is to look for identical features, rather than looking for differences.

My reasoning is, you can see differences of the same coin if two pictures have different lighting or is shown at a different angle.

Major similar features though, will show up in both pictures.

So, Karlyshannon has barraged me with six e-mails today through ebay.

Here's a taste...

"Just to set all you straight. Joe Fowler is my older brother. (PayPal) account holder. It's okay that you write about me in forums. I could care less what you think or say. I find it quite amusing!"

"Sorry just going through some of the ridiculous forums you and you buddies are saying about me"

"Sure thing. As well tell your forum buddies to get a life. Lol
"

So, I have passed the message along...

By the way, she still has a massive amount of coins that she is selling to private collectors, if anyone is interested...

Just my opinion but the quotes don't help much as you're only getting partial context... none the less still doesn't sound like a person I would like to be around or do business with..

Six ebay messages in one day? Sales of modern coins and mint manure must be slow...

AgCoinAu, it was pretty much a one-sided conversation. The only responses I had were after her first message, I said, "I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Please be specific". (The thread was in 2014) Then a barrage of three messages, silence..then another...

I finally responded with a "Whatever. Stop using e-Bay to hound me. If you don't like what's being said, go defend yourself." Then the last message from her with the "sure thing...."
