Too much chatter, particularly on Liberty's face, to get over the MS63 hump.

I think I'ts clean enough to be a 64.

MS64 I think and a flashy one at that.

I think it might have just made MS-64.

It looks like a 63 to me, really close to a 64 but I don't know if it quite makes it. Great coin with beautiful luster!

Looks like it's barely on the line between a 63 and a 64. The obverse fields are relatively clean but the cheek has a good bit of chatter, while the reverse has small, practically negligible marks all around. I'd say, because of the luster and eye appeal, the TPG's gave her a nice 64!

NGC graded it MS64, I got it for $230 after some negotiating. Sorry I had to post the grade so soon, but I will be out of town today and most of tomorrow so I thought I'd just post it this morning.
Happy New Year!

Sorry I'm late. I would have said MS63 with a shot at 64 as these tend to be baggy. Looks like a VAM3A.

Yeah, I was wondering where it was in the VAM-3 range - the double clash is prominent but I can't see any letter transfer. He'll be back. We'll hit him then for more info,
