I agree with Bh1964. I would grade it VF-30, it might make VF-35 on a good day.

I would like to see the right shoulder ornament (clasp/broach) with an XF.

In addition to a clear clasp I look at the poll (Liberty Cap Poll) It needs to be complete and even have some three-dimensionality to it. That makes it possible XF.
The example pictured is very nice.

VF-25, maybe pushing 30. The reverse actually looks better than the obverse, like they would grade differently like ANACS used to do long ago
