What I do is set up a stack of books about 4 inches high and I hang the camera end of my iPhone off the end of the stack. What this does is it hold the camera steady instead of trying to hold the camera in your hand and push the shutter button at the same time. Make sure you have good lighting, that is very important. Try different lighting if your pics don't look like the coin does in hand. Lastly try to choose a neutral background color. I generally use a tan background, it works with most coins. Don't be afraid to experiment with lighting and background color. You can take good pics with a bad camera and you can take bad pics with a good camera. It's all about lighting.

Are these photos a little easier in helping to grade the coin?
Also, does it look like it could be an RPM?

Here is a closer image of the "D"
Definite RPM?

What would the value of this coin be based on grade and (possible) RPM?

Thanks
