Photo's should be out of the holder. It looks cleaned, but it could be the light reflecting off of the plastic. XF Details - Cleaned, unless photos outside of the holder prove otherwise.

Yeah, it sure looks cleaned but that could very well be due to the flip so no decision is appropriate. I'm not really confident from a seller calling a worn 1928-D "rare" and "key." Low mintage maybe, but neither of those words.

This one may be going back like the 1926 D ..if I remove it then seller may not take it back and I'm into it $44buxs.. how much value does cleaning knock of XF 40 as value is $52 for that grade..

That is an example of a cleaned, overgraded and hyped coin.

----Cleaned in either Jewelustre or jewelry cleaner
----Overgraded as in no better than VF/XF
----Hyped as if were being sold by a carnival barker

Return it get your money back...if it wasn't cleaned keep it. But it has been without a doubt cleaned.
