Grease filled the die so the coin would not show those devices that should have been raised.

This seller lives (or at least ships) from my home town. For the record there were at least 3 2000 greasers in Madison. Mine, the one I gave away to a fellow CCF member and that one. Not so rare.  |

The seller should know greasers don't sell for that kind of money. Guess he's just looking for a sucker.
Doesn't say much about the his morals or ethics

They're offering a Broadstruck Lincoln for $1k with no idea what it is; it'd be a big payday if they did. Not $1k, but not chump change either. If I were more of a  I might try to work their scam in reverse. |

Madison is an affluent township here in Connecticut; it could be this is one of the many out-of-touch citizens here. Money grows on trees in these parts after all. |
