Looks like there are a few dust particles electrostatically attracted to the coin or it's holder, that makes it harder to grade.
Tiniest amount of wear on the high points,
AU50. May go higher.

Thank you everyone for your comments and grades, I have a similar thoughts to many of you on this piece, AU-something.

ICCS gave this EF-40.

I can only see the slightest wear on the hair and maybe a bit on the big braid above and left of the ear. In hand, there is a bit more detail and has a great tone. I am quite tempted to pop this out of the ICCS flip and get some better pictures. Thoughts on that? If ICCS had a 45 as double eagle suggested that is what it would yield.

Comparing it to a few of the PCGS/NGC this would be a toss up, I think. Either way, I am very happy with the coin, now to decide if it should go into PCGS or NGC, but save that decision for another day and question.

I wonder if they took off some points because they thought it was cleaned. For EF40 its a little too shiny. So rather than mark it AU50 cleaned they just marked off some points! Maybe, just my thoughts!

Solid AU, original with golden toning. If AU then it has to be at least AU58. Very nice Devlec.

Devlec---Solid AU55 for ICCS---- With a lot of interesting doubling on the obverse. The doubling on the I of GRATIA almost looks like a blunder?

Thanks for the added comments,..but the I in GRATIA is plain ..Must be the camera shadows playing tricks here.

The "D" is the one noticeable ..and probably often seen doubled.. The camera is a Nikon D80 in natural lighting..

We have many here who take much better than mine..

..but my pics were just to help in comparing to the OP's question..
