I too will grade it when better pictures are posted, but it does look MS from these ones.

Quick update, I have not posted the new pics yet which is bugging the fire out of me, since I said I would repost better pics first thing this morning. I locked my binder which has some of my better coins up in a safe at work for safety reasons and my sister who has the key hasn't made it in to work yet.

Here ya'll go, four more pictures. I tried to get better focus and played with the lighting in the room. Hope this helps

Those are still pretty blurry, unfortunately. I actually think your first pictures might even be better than the new ones. Just too hard to assign a grade. If you go to the photography forum and let them know what kind of camera you are using, they should be able to help you out with taking a more clear picture.

We still need better pics. Your coin does look to be mint state though.

I think what is throwing my pictures off is the liberty, looks blurry. It looks like it has some extra lines on the letters when you look at it with your eyes too. Just enough to make your eyes hurt trying to focus on it.

I don't think the new pics give a realistic rendition of the coin. I'm still 64'ish based on the original pics.

Thanks everyone, the coin is more beautiful than my picture taking can show. I will be practicing my photography skills this weekend. As far as my opinion of my coins grade I think it most closely matches the MS64 on the PCGS photo grade app. I am using this app to sharpen my grading skills, since I am new to grading coins. Everyone's opinions are very much appreciated.
