Mercury dimes are all about luster, and this one looks like it has it in spades. Not Full-Bands, as others have said, but I will be the outlier and guess 67, hence your desire to cross.

3 mini halogen light setup, with old canon camera (not sure the model, but can look it up when home), and a 105mm macro lense.

Agree 65, possible 66, not FSB. Probably not worth the cost of crossing/reholdering. A beauty to be sure.
