Nice copper bullion coins!
Copper is currently around $2.35 per pound.
To bring a good price if re sold, a strong collector demand would be required.

I did not buy these to sell for profit.
I paid $5.00 for the set, because I thought they were
cool looking. Just fun additions to my collection

I've never worked any place where those wouldn't just vanish. Really nice but I wouldn't trust leaving them laying around.

That's a cheap price to pay for a lot of fun. How did you get it for $5? Even for big copper coins that is still dirt cheap.

Hang out in big coin shops, stuff like these pile up
to the point they want to get rid of them.

I picked up a big 1909 S vdb the same day.

It's difficult to get an idea of the scale here. What are their diameters?

I am at the coin shop, I can measure them when I get home.

I think they are four or five inches across, there is a regular
Silver eagle in the picture, for size comparison.

Very think too.

I'm torn on these, to be honest. I think they are gorgeous and I would certainly be willing to pay a fair amount for them if they were pure silver. The problem with them, though, is that they appear to have been purposely made to deceive people into thinking they are solid silver (regardless of what is said on the card). Maybe not the original buyer, but certainly downstream. I've bought copper rounds before because I liked the designs, but they are all clearly marked copper. I've just seen too many silver and gold plated copper coins and bullion being passed off as the real thing to feel comfortable about these, sorry.

At $5.00 for the set, they are a 'steal'!
