Agree 53, possibly 55. These are the toughest LS coins to grade (especially the obverse) for me.

XF45 and weakly struck reverse but that's not uncommon as you already stated so I think it's a nice coin. 1860 was a very interesting time to be a Federal government employee in the Big Easy. :)

I think PCGS gave it an XF-45 grade. Technically I think it AU-50

I'd say XF45 with a shot at AU50. I'd call typically struck as Half Dimes go and they tend to be weak.

Quite a few guessed this one right....PCGS graded this one XF45 in a problem free holder.
I believe PCGS may have shorted it 5 points in my opinion. I paid $60 for it.
