Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm on the hunt for MS66 Liberty nickel and a MS64 or MS65 Shield with Rays. Of course it must have some character so I'm sure it will be a while!! |

Getting ready to possibly pull the trigger on a 1900 Liberty, MS66 1st gen holder. Looks so amazingly flawless with satinly fields... Wish me luck!

 Good luck for sure! Just getting into the Liberty head nickel series (as you can tell by my avatar)... They are hard to find in mid-high mint state on a budget! Good luck, but mostly have fun! Looks like you've already put together a wonderful set, and I cant wait to see what upgrades you get! Keep us posted! |

Was able to score an upgrade today. Bought a stunning 1911 MS66 Liberty nickel. Looked at tons of them, this one was struck well, no distracting marks... and did pretty well on it I think... ($625). I will upload pics soon, and maybe by then I will have found a 1866 w/rays in minimum MS65..... That's gonna be a tall order.. Thanks for looking |
