Now you need a dime collectors who really likes this missing anneal, adding burning flames or a black finish I guess what someone considers is defacing.

I have one of those "Black Dimes" too. Mine is mostly black with veins of copper, silver and red running through it. Since PCGS stated it to be anomalous, I'm sure it will be worth some serious money soon once someone spends the cash to have it certified. It is definitely a dime, weighs 2.2 gr . Rim appears to be copper.

That one should be pure nickel Hounddog (unlike the multi-ply plated coin above), I think it looks more like toning. I have nickel dollar that look like that from water exposure...

i have a 2014 dime identical to spp ottawa dime. here is a dime that belongs to another collector. he is of the understanding. his dime was coated with a thin layer of rodium. here are the images.
