She's seen many many hands....may have been involved in a bar room brawl. I sent this to test the waters felt if it got a poor with ANACS it would have a good chance at getting it with PCGS.  |

I agree with Fair-02. This piece could tolerate quite a bit of additional wear before you could no longer make out the date and mintmark and I would expect to see that additional wear before calling it Poor. I guess it should not receive a CAC sticker since for a lowball collector it is not high-quality for the assigned grade.  |

Completely disagree on this one. Definitely a FR-02, and I'm sure both PCGS and NGC would agree.
