XF-45, close to AU-50... but the dark stuff around the motto, legend & mm (I feel) keep it in XF.

Do you only say cleaned because it has such great color? It totally does not looked cleaned to me...

I personally don't believe this coin to be cleaned at all. Looks incredible in hand. As always I sincerely appreciate everyone's opinion however. That's why I ask as I learn a bunch from everyone's thoughts on given coins I post.
