This coin is weakly struck but appears to have light wear and strong details in spots like the ear and tips of wheat. My guess would be VF-35 or a little better.

Wow, quite the spread. VG to AU...but understandable with the scans.

I thought it was a solid enough coin to take a cheap gamble.

Ok. I have made up my mind. It's an EF-45. The lighting's not so good, but I am positive on this one.

Acutally, it's an EDS coin. The devices are quite sharp for the issue. What we appear to have is an issue with the dies spaced too far apart and a low striking pressure. San Fran did this to extend die life as they had a hard time getting dies from Philly.

I was actually on the fence with MS based on the lack of contact marks and very nice, clean rims.

It's a nice cent. The first coin in my collection was a 1921 s cent so this coin has a special significance to me.
