Thanks, Canadian-Banknotes, this piques my interest! There should be a link to the left somewhere. Cleverly, this should direct more potential customers to their site.

Quote: I just paid my annual fee about 4 weeks ago. I think you should be able to at least get a pro-rated refund. Nothing to lose for asking.

This was posted on the PCGS forum. I haven't called yet, but when I get a few minutes I will. Quote: Your next question is undoubtedly about a refund for your paid subscription. We are ready to walk you through the process. I encourage you to call our PCGS Customer Service department at 1-800-447-8848 for more information.

I just spoke with PCGS CS. Refunds are only available if you paid for CoinFacts in the last 90 days. If you have less than 9 months remaining on your subscription you will not get a refund.

I spoke with PCGS Customer Service today, as they instructed, to ask about refunds. As I just paid my subscription in December, I would certainly appreciate something back if it is now free. Anyway, the PCGS representative said that he didn't know what was being done, and any refunds, if there would be any, would be in February. He also told me that he had no idea why subscribers were emailed and told to call Customer Service as they have no real information.
I am not sure what to think of this conversation. It was strange to say the least. Has anybody else heard a different story from them?

I spoke with them a while ago. Around the time they send the email. They said it'll be taken care of and I don't need to do anything. Granted, my paid membership ends Feb. 10th, so right after it becomes free. Possibly they linked my phone number to my account and automatically brought it up?

I paid annual subscription about 4 weeks ago and tried to get refund by going through customer service via email and did not have much luck ...... So I notified by credit card company and they got a refund / credit back in just a few days!

Uhhhhh, this is the best news I've heard in a while! The app is awesome! The survival estimates in the "all grades" category of the rarity section I find the most interesting. I'm finding out how rare some of my coins really are. For example, I have an 1828 25/50 Capped Bust quarter. All grades survival estimate is 87?! Wow! I could hold them all in one hand!
