I would keep your beautiful album intact just the way it is and get a blank dime page for the proofs and add it.

to your beauties!

That capital coin holder looks like something I might like.
Not sure why I didn't check that out before.

Thanks for posting that idea

I will have to see if I can find the holder a little cheaper ..
Or maybe buy that one.

Right now I only have 1954 through 1964 .... But if I had that holder
I might be on the look out for the earlier ones.

I try to put proofs in those slots in all my albums. They are after all Philly minted coins. And prettier.

I went ahead and ordered the Capital coin hold .. in black.

I also saw the holder for proof nickels .. so order that
too.

Wizard has them for quarters and Franklins .. so put them on the list for my next ordered.

I am happy these were pointed out to me .. I think I will
like them

I love Capital Plastics holders, even though they're a pain sometimes to screw together.

I should have said that better.
I knew about capital coin holder .. I have a few of them.

I did not know they made them for 1950 - 1964 proof coins.

I think it will be a nice set for Nickel, Dime, Quarter
and half dollar proofs.

Interesting that you remembered I post them ..

I just went back and looked at that thread, I missed
seeing that a 1950 - 1964 holder was post, not sure
why I missed seeing it then.

My favorite one so far is the one I have for my
$2.50 Indian set.

Actually, I just wanted to find the link to the Capital thread in order to post it to this current thread. Upon reviewing the older thread, I realized you had contributed images to it.

ebay ...they were not this fast before.

Got the holders in two days.

I like to keep my best coins in the Dansco books - maybe start a new book for just the proofs and build it up. It's always fun to have a project.

I really want to start putting the coins in these holders ... But I have been very busy.

Of course I don't have the early 50's proofs ... But think I have a good start
