Where? Where is their any sign of circulation? Original "short woody" surfaces. I can't see a speck of circulation. 63 RB if the photo color is accurate.

On my mobile so don't have photograde up. I will say ms 61. I can't see the scratch on the reverse too well on my phone but that seems like it might drop it a grade. I don't see much to make me think it slides to au

I was waiting for simeone to mention the scratch. But it is not a scratch. If you look closely, it is a hair. This is probably the reason why it sold for so little. I am 100% sure of this, so I can elaborate if you want.
I will be able to tell for sure in-hand, but I do think there is wear, but very little of it. Look at the luster breaks on either side of the 2 on the reverse.

I would have thought it was a raised die scratch or crack. It looks like a hair now that you mention it. That is SOME coin for the money and I love that wood grain look on these old copper pieces. What a great pick up. Congrats.

I showed this coin to Bill Fivaz last night. He thinks it is MS.

AU-58 at the worst, with a shot at MS-63 RB. I usually check the word "WE" for the first sign of wear, and I really can't make it, although there maybe a touch of wear on the tips of the leaves. Still, a nice 1864 LL in which you paid EF-45 to AU-50 money for.

I'd say MS as well, lower end probably around MS61/62 there is still some luster I can tell. The reverse die cracks are just a tad early from the desirable "L" shaped Cud that forms on the O of "OF" I like this one as a neat variety! My example is around a VG/F if I recall correctly. It's the Leone 41AH and a RPD if there is a faint die crack running through the bottom of the date then a possible 70AH - they use the same reverse. But I'm leaning towards the 41AH, not that it really matters - except to us deuce nerds.
