I think it's more toward an AU-58 grade, not necessarily UNC but has the detail of an UNC coin.

thanks everyone for the help and grades, since it has been said that I should contact bob grellman, I have. this is a pretty cool coin and the detail is great. would PCGS or NGC encapsulation and attribution be a good move? also should I get it conserved? there is some black deposits on the top reverse and a couple microscopic green spots on a couple obverse stars although I cant seem to find them in the pics which shows how small they are.
NGC website-"Some 24 numbered varieties were cataloged, but one (N-24) is a proof-only issue, and four are simply later die states of other marriages and have thus been delisted. Other than the proof-only issue, the sole rarity is N-23."
perhaps I will start collecting the varieties of 1852? I have the toughest one down already

i have not sent it to him or anything yet, I simply said
"hello Mr. Grellman, I just purchased this coin and was told that it should be sent to you. I was just wondering if I could have some info about sending it to you and details of what you would do(attribution etc.). thanks for your time." and linked him to this thread. ill keep everything up to date, so excited!
