The reverse is nice enough to pull it up to 64.

Despite some cheek chatter, I think this is solidly in the MS-64 category. Drop dead gorgeous luster and reverse is 65+

Solid MS63+. The cheek holds it back from 64 for me.

MS-63 because of the chatter on the cheek, despite a gorgeous reverse.

I'd call it about 40% MS63 / 60% MS64, so figure MS63+ for the nice peripheral toning. Great looking Morgan. Cleaner cheek and she'd breeze into a 64 holder. It's a PQ coin at a 63 grade.
