To find the date you would need to match the location of the rim Cud to a listing on CudsOnCoins. This would be hard because it might not be listed or be in a different die stage.

Don't worry about he year. Might be a Mints attempt to make an all purpose coin. No year so you can put it wherever you want.
OR you could use a permanent marker to add your own year.
Or be happy you found a decent error coin.

The rim gutters both reverse and obverse in different locations or not opposite of each other have me scratching or wanting to dig deeper. Just not 100% sure what to dig for. Traits I see and trying to piece together.

1. Looks like Grease Filled Die.
2. Looks slightly misaligned on obverse.
3. Gutter (both sides).
4. Obverse looks like a potential rim Cud.

I would verify weight is 2.5grams, as it looks 1993 or later.

Diameter should be 19mm or 3/4 inch.

Last I would check the edge (not the rim) for any straight line cracks to rule out possible collar damage or cracks. Thanks, Doug.
