The E3 plate position shows the serial number was serialed on the new LEPE (full sheet) overprinting instead of the half sheet COPE overprinting.

I have looked at every note that has passed through my hands for 25 years and I have never found one that low in the wild! Congrats on your find!

Same here for about 5 or 6 years, and I haven't gotten anything with more than three zeros.

Its from a rare run of only 320K printed. That does makes it more desirable and adds a little more value.
