I think it will make G4. These large diameters usually get the benefit of the doubt from TPG's.

Forgot to add...this quarter does have nice surfaces and color for a G4 coin.

Nobody has guessed the correct grade (by NGC anyway). I'll post a slab photo this evening.

Whatever NGC might have thought of it, I can only give this piece an AG-3. When there is wear into the letters and stars, that grade seems appropriate.

NGC went really conservative on this one and graded it FA2. Some abbreviate it as FR2. I think it is a full point undergraded. No signs of damage on this old warhorse.

Wow...I would have never guessed that. Someone at NGC was having a bad day. Usually CBQ's are given the benefit of the doubt...
