Are the obverse and reverse different colors in hand, Scarp?

The areas on the hair and the cheek that look dark on the picture, look dark in hand, too.

I guess AU-50 - though the obverse appears more worn than that.

I have a chance to buy it at the Grey Sheet price.
Judging from everyone's replies,
it's an typical AU50,
not exceptionally nice for the grade,
but not a borderline XF45, either.

Still don't like the obverse. Your call. Don't buy by price. Do you really like the coin?

Buy it as a XF-40 or XF-45, haha.

IMHO it's AU50

AU50 also. if you did not purchase it yet make sure you have return policy as there is probably some reason why the reverse pic is much sharper and brighter than obverse

I'd go with AU-50. I feel the obverse has a just little too much wear for the grade, but the reverse looks really nice with very little wear, which bumps it up to be a solid AU-50, imo. That said, I'd almost say the photos look like they are from two different coins.
