Any scratches are on the airtite. The dent on the left wheat stalk appears to be struck though something. The edge of the stalk in down, inside the dent. If PMD, it would be just a "hole", not pushed in. The coin has strong cartwheel and halo luster.

Not in a TPG holder but I've graded this coin 65RB. The fields are very clean and there's hardly a hit on the coin. It also has strong cartwheel luster.
