EF-40 or 45 detail but it looks cleaned and retoned to me. Appears to have a shallow pin scratch below A in STATES. The drab color scheme negatively affects eye appeal IMO.  |

I would also say AU50. There is a PCGS one on Stacks and Bowers right now that is AU53 that may just be a little better especially in the stars.

The surface seem to have a off look ...
Not sure if it was not stored well .. and did not tone well
Or was cleaned a long time ago ..
or just how the pictures are making it look.

I would say a strong EF40.

This coin has NOT been cleaned. The pictures are blurry but It's enough to convince me that the coin original. I believe it could slide into au-50. This is what a naturally toned seated coin looks like. The left facing leg and claws pm the obverse are hurting the net grade.

The picture is a bit blury, but I'd say EF-45 also. I don't see "cleaned" in this coin's state of preservation.
