With the tilted photo it just looks like the last number is a 1, so 1811 here too.

1811/0 S-286 no doubt and the picture of the reverse proves it. Horizontal die gouge in the field midway between the upright of the E in ONE and the right upright of N in CENT.

Yes, I'm thinking 1811. When I was kid collector in junior high school I had a couple of 1811 cents that were similar to that. One was probably AG-3, and had a clear date. The other one was like this one, which took some guess work.

My gut said 1811, then I thought 1813, but I will trust Condor's judgement.
